ViRobot Email Scan is a unique anti-virus program developed by
HAURI's. With a scanning technique that distinguished it from
others, ViRobot E-mail Scan offers superior scanning speed and best
of breed performance in identifying new type of viruses.
Blocking at the Source of Mail Viruses
With most
viruses spreading via e-mail, ViRobot E-mail Scan monitors all
incoming mails to block transmission of virus at its source. When an
infected mail is received, an alarm and information of the virus
will be sent to the system administrator. An alert (through e-mail)
will also be sent to the sender and receiver of the infected
mail.
Filtering of File
Attachments
In consideration of the rapid increase of
e-mail viruses that abuse the high-speed transmission performance of
the e-mail system, we have an embedded filtering function for file
attachments that are high risk so as to block viruses even before
virus scan.
Re-sending Of Mails
When
transmission of infected mail is blocked, system administrator can
resend the original mails, which may contain important contents or
are crucial for business operation, to the intended
receiver.
Easy User Management via Web
Browser
Besides screening for viruses at the console,
ViRobot E-mail Scan can also detect and repair viruses at remote
location through Web interface.
